We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our client's logistics team in Ely. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring inventory accuracy and driving process improvements across the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact for WMS
* Lead ERP testing and updates related to warehouse transactions
* Improve and streamline WMS processes for incoming and outgoing goods
* Troubleshoot ERP transaction issues and communicate findings
* Train team members on WMS and ERP processes
* Maintain accurate finished goods inventory
* Collaborate with production to balance inventory levels and storage
* Investigate and resolve shipping errors (NCRs)
* Explore and implement electronic workflows to enhance material flow

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar WMS/stock control role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
