Polytec are looking for an Electronics Technician for our client based just north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble, maintain, and repair electronic equipment
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic equipment
* Ensure efficient delivery of technical activities
* Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance and modifications

Requirements:

* Good knowledge of electronic systems and components
* Experience with soldering and rework stations
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and test equipment
* Electronics technical support experience in a development environment
* Able to read schematic diagrams / mechanical drawings
* Component level rework and repair
* Experience with very small package components (0201, QFPs, and others)
* ESD protection awareness
* IT literate, competent using MS Office
