Location: Huntingdon (PE29)
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 7:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Thursday with a 12:30pm finish on a Friday
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000

Polytec are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our Huntingdon based client. Some heavy lifting will be required for this role

Responsibilities:

* Manual assembly of audio/video products
* Preparing cable assemblies
* Soldering wire looms
* Following detailed build instructions, maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

* Competent in the use of hand tools
* Previous experience of electro-mechanical assembly
* Assembly of high value electronic equipment would be advantageous
* Ability to hand solder would be helpful
* Capable of lifting heavy loads
