Office Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a company in Royston. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office whilst maintaining a positive company image. You will provide administrative support to the team and assist operational staff.

Requirements

* Good verbal and written communication and listening skills
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks fully and on time
* Ability to use initiative to think through problems to find solutions
* Ability to check for accuracy and give attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner
* Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and databases
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good numeracy skills.
* Friendly and helpful, with a 'can-do' attitude
* Team worker
