As a Senior Repairs Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the repairs service. You will oversee the administration of repair and disposal services, manage customer enquiries and support external repair centres.

The role will involve some overseas and UK travel so you will need to have a full, clean driving licence, own car and valid passport. Travel expenses will be paid.

UK Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3 clearance will be required for the role.

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day customer enquiries related to the repair services, providing clear and efficient communication
* Administer inbound and outbound devices for repair or secure disposal, ensuring they are processed in line with agreed service levels and security requirements
* Oversee the scheduling and delivery of secure device disposal services
* Monitor and report on the throughput of the repairs and disposal services, identifying areas for improvement
* Manage external repair centre contracts, providing support as the primary point of contact and carrying out audits to ensure compliance
* Collaborate with other internal teams and external partners to drive continuous service improvements
* Assist the manager in developing and improving processes, supporting audits and escalating potential service issues
* Travel both within the UK and internationally as required for site visits, audits and partner relations

Requirements
Essential:
* Higher level education (e.g., GNVQ, BTEC, or A-Levels)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone, email and in person)
* Strong customer focus with experience in B2B professional services
* Use of MS Excel and Word for reporting, scheduling and creating documentation
* Experience using CRM and/or repair tracking systems to manage customer returns and workflows
* Solid knowledge of technical and electronic product standards, particularly related to repair and maintenance
* High attention to detail, with strong data analysis skills
* Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
* Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams

Desirable:
* ISO9001 (or similar) auditor accreditation
* Professional qualifications in process improvement, such as Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
* IPC certifications relevant to the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment (e.g., IPC 610/7711/7721)
* An understanding of data protection and confidentiality practices
* Technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineers and technicians
* Experience in delivering training on processes, tools or technical subjects
