Polytec are looking for a Production Team Leader for our client based in Ely.

Responsibilities:

* Manage work flow to achieve daily production targets
* Escalate production flow issues to the appropriate teams
* Daily meetings to review performance against production plan
* Contribute to lean implementation activities
* Production output

Requirements:

* Ideally you will have previous team leader experience
* A positive, flexible approach
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, mentor and present new ideas
* Computer literate and able to use ERP systems effectively
* Previous Planning, Inventory Controller, or Supply Chain related experience
* Positive approach to continuous improvement activities
* Flexible approach to working and willing to change hours as needed to ensure onsite production scheduling support
* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 would be beneficial
