Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to provide an excellent standard of customer service for a company in Ely on a fixed term contract of 3 months. You will need to have excellent communication skills to confidently represent the company by e-mail and telephone. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am until 6pm.

Requirements

* Customer service experience ideally email, or phone based
* Excellent standard of communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and positive approach to problem resolution
* Quick learner with ability to adapt to and implement new procedures
* IT literate, familiar with MS Office packages
* Previous experience with ERP systems would be beneficial
