Sales and Customer Support Administrator

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills gained within a local High-Tech / Medical Devices environment to join a Cambridge based company. You will be the single point of contact for all customers' needs and will need to know the Cambridge area and relevant companies to target.

Requirements

* Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in a high tech environment
* Experience of using CRM and MRP systems
* Well-organised with the ability to prioritise a complex workload
* Problem solver and quick to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
* Confident and eloquent communicator (written and verbal)
* Proactive and flexible worker
* Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative to set and meet own deadlines
