» Test Engineer

Our clients are looking for a test engineer to develop test methods, gather, record and deliver test data on printhead reliability and characterisation and evaluate performance based on data obtained.

DUTIES

- Assemble and maintain test equipment and area
- Develop print test methods and equipment to enable the capture of high quality, reproducible print performance data.
- Capture data and summarize findings in a report.
- Pro-active self development using the latest technologies and methodologies along with continuous methods improvement.
- The work can be of a repetitive nature

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSON SPECIFICATION

- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths or Statistics
- GCSE (or equivalent) Science or Physics
- A good command of English
- Basic understanding of electronics
- Experience of testing procedures
- Experience in digital print an advantage
- Flexible/diligent with a keen attention to detail
- Methodical approach
- Good team worker & strong communication skills
