» Technical Assistant - NGP

The Technical Assistant will support research leading to the development of organic electronic light emitting devices (OLEDs). In particular the NGP team leads the development of top emitting architecture and there are a number of initiatives to improve the performance and manufacturability of these devices. The role will be to support this development activity. The key areas you will be involved in will cover:- Fabricate & characterise OLEDs using appropriate techniques, characterise the properties of material & devices. You will be working with the engineers & scientists in the team to devise & carry out experiments to develop high performance top emitting device technology. You should have a degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science or related subject & any experience in the fields of polymer or molecular electronics will be advantageous.
