» Senior Field Applications Engineer

You will support a range of sophisticated leading edge UMTS test and measurement instruments and IP. This role involves frequent worldwide travel.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Management of customer issues.
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
* Providing technical demonstrations and training.
* Providing technical assistance for sales and product marketing.
* Promoting products worldwide.

You should be educated to degree level in a relevant field and have a good solid experience within a Field Applications or Technically focused discipline. You must have excellent troubleshooting capabilities and experience of software development or test and integration. Knowledge of C, C++ , ASN1 and WCDMA either L1, L2 or L3 would be ideal. Applicants must be proactive and adaptable with the ability to work on their own initiative. Excellent problem solving skills are required and candidates must be confident communicators, both written and verbally. The successful candidate must be willing to travel internationally for approximately 25% of the time.
