		<title>Laboratory Technician</title>
		<description>The client is seeking a contractor for three months to implement and carry out testing of the company’s  products, prototypes and concepts, utilising the most appropriate and effective methods;To assist in the analysis and reporting of test results;To collaborate with the employees on internal and external development projects;To assist in other research activities at the company.To be considered for this role you should have:Science based degree desirable and good grades in Maths and Science GSCE and ideally ‘A’ levels.Your experience: A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is highly desirable;Experience of working with quality systems e.g. ISO is desirable;Working in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice and Health and Safety procedures is essential.Other Roles:	To contribute to other aspects of the research and development activities.To contribute to product specifications.Participation in design and risk reviews.Participation in team and other meetings, when required; Development and improvement of test protocols;Maintain good laboratory practice;Ensure safe working practice;Prepare standard operating procedures and work instructions.Skills:	Keen attention to detail and proven ability to perform experiments in an accurate manner and to established procedures;Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving;Good experimental and practical skills; Good numerical skills and ability to analyse test data;Safe handling of chemicals;Ability to develop and follow procedures in a repeatable manner and to a high standard;Computer literate with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office experience (in particular in the use of Excel);Report writing;Familiarity with scientific instrumentation;Advanced written and verbal communication.Personal Attributes:		Team-player, ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team;Ability to work independently without supervision;Desire to work “hands-on”;Self motivated and energetic;Well organised;Self confident;Attention to detail;Open and honest;Able to work to tight deadlines.</description>

		<description>Our Client is seeking a contractor for 3months.You will  work in the production department  to assemble, inspect and calibrate the products  manufactured by the team.To be considered for the role you will have : A minimum of two years experience in a similar role within the Medical device, Pharmaceutical or a related industry. Experience of working with quality systems e.g. ISO 9000.
