You will design, perform and analyse experiments to support therapeutic antibody isolation and optimisation. This will involve identification of antibodies from phage display libraries, as well as engineering antibodies e.g. for higher affinity, potency, specificity or effector function. You will work as part of a multi-functional team to achieve this. Additionally, the role may encompass the identification and implementation of new technologies to improve lead generation or optimisation.
