» Production Technician - Vacuum/Brazing

Our clients, who specialise in coatings & heat treatment, require a process technician to join their vacuum/brazing department. Tasks will include surface preparation and cleaning, fixturing and jigging, brazing, running the furnace and final inspection. You will also be involved in despatch, inward inspection and machine operation. You will also be required to adhere to quality procedures at all times. For this role you must have experience in a manufacturing environment, although they will provide training in the specific areas required. The role will be working shifts. These are 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am on a weekly rotating basis. You must be resourceful, have excellent attention to detail and be adaptable. You will also communicate well with other members of the team.
