» Mechanical Assembly Technician

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join the team on a permanent basis.

The function of the role is to provide a flexible approach to Production support with focus on Assembly, Test and Despatch Areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Electro/Mechanical assembly
• Providing feedback to improve quality and product build
• Ensure the preparation shelf is fully stocked and maintained
• Provide assistance in the packing and despatch of instruments
• Provide assistance to the Test Department

Skills and Experience
• Electro/Mechanical assembly experience and the reading of mechanical drawings advantageous
• Computer literate with knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
• Electronics background useful but not essential
• Previous exposure to production/test environment would be helpful
