		<description>Job PurposeTo provide both on-site and remote engineering support for automation products in the UK, Europe and USA as directed.Key Job Accountabilities•	Act as first and second line support for the field installed base of automation products, including fault finding and rectification.•	Responsible for maintaining fault finding data, and feedback of product data to customers and internal groups within the company.•	Maintaining call status data in the Sunrise call management database to ensure that customer information is up to date and accurate.•	Installation and commissioning of the product range as required.•	Conduct customer operator and maintenance training for products as required.•	Liaison with the Product Support Engineers, Customer Support Engineers and the Technical Support Engineer.•	To install product hardware and software upgrades to already installed customer equipment and obtain customer acceptance.Education/Qualifications/Special TrainingEither HND or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
