The company manufacture in situ emission monitoring & on-line analysis products using UV & IR spectroscopic principles. They have two new major projects, which include experimental calibration of analysers, studies of specialised applications, approvals & safety functions. They are looking to recruit a chemist (degree qualified or similar) who has experience of IR & UV spectroscopy is essential & knowledge of optics systems would be useful. The role is to conduct a series of gas tests on a prototype optical system & analysing reporting data. You will also develop the calibration & documentation methods.
