Working through them is very hassle free with minimum paperwork and they seem to have a good database of clients.

I had been looking for a new full time position and had dealt with loads of companies on the "we have just the position for you" basis. Polytec Personnel really were a breath of fresh air, and dealing with Jen Richardson was so different from the other agencies. She did what she said she would do, when she said it would be done, phone calls were made and returned promptly (and politely). The biggest thing for me was that Jen actually listened to what I wanted and looked for a post to suit me, unlike other agencies who try and steer you toward what they have on their books. Making an application to undertake Agency work was a new experience for me, and I was very anxious about the whole process. My concerns proved unnecessary. Polytec’s Carol Broadhurst was very welcoming, and knowledgeable about her clients. She made valuable suggestions regarding work assignments, and was extremely supportive throughout the whole process. Carole’s fellow team members dealt with timesheets and other issues, and were always polite, very professional, and good communicators. I received up-to-date information throughout the whole process.
