Work Permits and Identification
Identification
Recent changes in legislation (1st May 2004) mean that we will need proof of identity so that we can confirm your eligibility to work in the U.K. - The following are accepted as proof of identity:
1. Passport
or
2. A document showing your NI Number AND either:
a) your full Birth Certificate or
b) a letter from the Home Office showing your entitlement to stay in the U.K.
We need to see the original document, and we will take a photocopy.
Work Permits
If you are a non-EU national, you must also hold a work permit to be eligible to work in the U.K.
Unfortunately we are unable to assist you in obtaining a permit. In such cases your details will not be registered on our database.
